Problems of Eudaction system due to COVID 19.

 The second wave of COVID 19 spreads many countries of the world.The most affected countries are United States of America, Brazil, France, Turkey, Russian Federation, The United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Germany, Argentina, Colombia and India. 

The third wave starts in Europe. It also spreads in United States of America, U. K. It's impact is maximum in Sweden and Canada. It may come in the last month of the year in India. 

The COVID 19 pandemic creats many problems in the life of people in the world. It also creats many problems in the area of employment, education, business, banking etc but its impact is maximum in education system. 

There are billion of students whose study suffer due to COVID 19. It is the biggest concern issue before government because billion of students have been facing this problem for more than one year. 

Due to rising causes of COVID 19 across India Central Board Of Secondary Education cancelled class 10 th examination. They also postponed class 12 examination. There are many state government like U. P., Tripura and Gujarat also postponed or cancelled 10th or class 12th examination. 

So it is an important duty of government to make a better policy to handle this issue properly. 

Some experts said that E learning is the best method of teaching in 21st century but I do not agree this thought. According to my opinion E learning is the best method for higher education where students are matured and they are able to handle all problems of education and solve it by many technical ways but it is not good for 3 to 16 years students who read in primary, middle, secondary and senior secondary class 

There are many different backgrounds caste, community and culture students read in these segments so when they read together in the class room they share their idea, opinion, thought, vision to teachers. In this way their personality develops and they learn many things. 

Besides above E learning does not provide quality education to all students. 

There are many international organization like Harvard University, Unicef suggest that off line learning is the better than on line learning for 4 to 14 years students. 

Off line learning helps brain development of students. It also helps to develop emotional skills, social skills and cognitive skills. It also provide responsive care and emotional care. 

There is a big gap between the access of technology between the students who live in rural or urban India. There are 90 percent students who live in rural India they have no Smart phone, Laptop, Tablet and computers so without all things E learning is not possible. There are more than 25 percent students who live in Urban India they have also no access to Smart Phone, Laptop, Tablets and Computers. 

So according to my opinion all concern persons and organization like School, Teachers, Parents, Students, government make a blueprint to ensure Offline education starts safely in school and colleges. 

There are phase wise students should appear in the class room. They should follow social distancing norms in class. This process help billion of students to read properly and contribute their best for the development of nation.
