Function of Marketing Management

 Marketing is the process of anticipating the need,want,desire and demand of consumers and fulfilling it by product,service or idea and increase their living standard.

Management is the process of planning,organizing,staffing,directing and controlling of human resource force in such type of way that every function of business performs by effective efficient way to achieve objectives.

Marketing management is the process of making policy,programme rules,regulation to anticipate the need,want,desire and fulfill by product or service and give them maximum satisfaction.

Function of Marketing management-

There are many functions of marketing management.Some of important functions are as below-

1.To decide marketing objective-It is the first function of marketing management.There are many objectives present before organization.These objectives are survival,sales revenue maximization,profit maximization and so on.We decide one of objectives that we want to achieve.

2.Planning-It is the second function of marketing management,It is done after deciding the objectives of organization.In this process we make policy,programme,procedure to achieve predefined objectives of organization.

3.Oganizing-It is done after making plan.There are many essential element require to implement plan.These elements are structure,power right duty,responsibility deciding process and so on.In this process we select one of best structure and decide the power,right,duty and responsibility of human resource force.

4.Staffing-There are many function of marketing.These functions are storage,transporation,financing,grading,information collecting,assembling,branding,researching and so on.Every function requires particular type of knowledge,talent,skill,wisdom and so on.In this process we recruit such type of human resource force that perform above explain function by effective and efficient way.

5.Directing-There are many type of problems human resource force face in marketing process.In this process we inspire influence motivate,guide supervise human resource force and make them more capable to perform their function by more effective way.

6.Controlling-It is the last function of marketing management.In this process we find out deviation between predefined function and actual function and remove these types of deviation and achieve objectives.
