There are a number of methods every organation uses to develop the personality  of employee.  These are semin ar

 conference , lectures, role- playing quizzes and so on. Among all quizzes is the very famous and popular method that is used in schools, college , university , management colleges, technical colleges and so on. 
 It is also used in small scale company , middle scale company, large scale company  multinational company for  training and personality development of employee. 
 Step ;- It is held in a large room. In this room judges are not present. Only participants has a leader who organised
the quize and lead control and the contest . If it is organised outside the company than judge audiance are present and organsier decides the rules- regulation , step , law of quize when quize is started judges ask a serious of questions and they also give us four alternative and candidates have to select one alternative . After completing the set of questions the candidates whose score is very high they get prize
 Ex- KBC,  Who becomes millenioner is the best example of quize.KBC is popular in India where as who become millioniar are very popupar in U. S. A.

 1. To test and increase the intelligence of candidates. 
 2. To increase the personality of employee.
 3. To  test the searching power of candidates . 
 4. To test the presence of brain of candidate
 5. To test the general knowledge of candidates. 
 6. To test the general awarneness of candidates. 
 * Importance of quizze.
 1. It increase our personality, perception, attitute and so on 
2. It improves relationship between employe to employee, employee to manager , employee to boss. 
3. It helps to develop our I.q or brain that is helpful in problem solving and desion making 
4.It inspires, influnce, motivate us to take, interest organisation,state, country and thrir concern activity 
5. It provides us entertainment recretion at less price, 
6. It increase our communication, skill, patient , tolerance power and so on. 
7. It is non- financial method of motivation so, it motivate us towards our organisation company and so on. 
8. It increase our enterpersonal skill.
9. It increase our groupdynamies , iteam effort and so on. 
 10. It helps us to accept challenge and courshing the competition and getting happiness. 
 
*Demerits;- 
 1. Every employee do not want to participate in this concept because they understand . It is the game of children. 
2. The candidates who lost the match . If they have more ego, they become depress for long time. 
3. It is not a standrad devise . so,employee donot  feel good towards it.
