Concept of Organisation Behaviour.

Organisation is a place where a number of people work together to achieve pre define goal. In other words we can say that organisation is a formal structure of people who work according to predefine structure, rules-regulation, framework to achieve its goal that is pre-determined by top class manager.
Behaviour- Behaviour is a collection of activity that say many things according to our function activity and so on. 
so we can say that organisation behaviour is the study of human behaviour in organisation and beside the management manage man by effective way.

Definition of Organisation Behaviour:
1. organisation are social inventionss for accomplishing goals through group of efforts.
2. organisation behaviour is the study and application of knowledge about people act within the organisation. it is a human tool for human benefit.
3. organisation behaviour is action, reaction, interaction and counteraction of people in the organisation.
4. organisation behaviour is a field of study that investigates the impact that individual, group and structure have on behaviour within organisation for the purpose of applying such knowledge towards improving an organisation effective.
5. organisation behaviour is directly concerned with the understanding, prediction and control of human behaviour.
according to my opinion organisation behaviour is a scientific method to measure man and use it maximum for the making business function more effective, efficient and economica

Nature of organisation behaviour 
  There are a number of natures of organisation behaviour. These natures are as below 

1 Part of management  
  ''It is the first nature of ob. iis the part of management because manager manage major man on the basis of education ,qualification,persional qualification,profesional qualification,social background and so on 
2 It social approch 
  ''man is a social organisium. There are a no of positive and nagative feature he learn from the sociaty ob check the behaiour of employ and know the social background of candidates

3 it is psynchologial process 
  ''ob is a psyhchologial process because it check the persionality.persaption,attitude,learning of candidate and know the actiual hiddeen feature of employes 

4  Interdicipline approch 
  ''ob takes a no of positive feature from socialogy,psyhchologial,anthropology and use it in managing man 
 
5 Goal orientade 
  ''every organisation has a goal this goal may be profit,maximisation,sallravenue maximisation,grouth and so on ob consurn to manage our human resource force in such type of way that goal is eassily acchieved 


scope of organisation behaviour:
the scope of organisation behaviour is very wide. it is 21st century. so, busioness and management become very complex. so, oganisation behaviour plays an important role for the managing people according to our function, need and optimum utilisation of human resource force.
their main scope are as below:
1. improve the satisfaction level: there are many hundreds workers work in the organisation. the personality, perception, attitude of employee ios different from each other. so, it is very difficult to satisfy all but with the help of management, manager may satisfy by an easy way.
2. to remove conflict: the working way, working style, working mode of employee is different from each other. so, it is possible confluct may occur inside the organisation with the help of organisation behaviour manager perform staffing in such type of way that thy minimize conflict inside the organisation.
3. motivate people: the personality, perception, attitude of employee is variable one another. so there are many different techniques manager use to moti9vate employeesw. organisation behaviour provides us a number of technique is best for which group of employees.
4. increase efficiency: there are a number of elements of organisation. these elements are people, structure, environment, technology and so on. manager manage the people by effective way with the help of organisation behabiour. so, it plays an important role for the increasing efficiency of the organisation.
5. perfomance appraisal: it is an important function of manager. there are a number of techniques of it. these techniques are management by objective, graphical rating and so on. each technique is different from each other. its application is also different from each other. it helps us to apply perfect technique in perfect place.
6. develop positive attitude: there are two types of attitude one is positive nd secind is negative with the help of organisation behaviour manager develop positive attitude of employee towardsjob, function and so on.0
