Concept of Effective Communication

There are a number of problems present in the path of communication. If all these problems are removed data can eaisly reach destination.The process in which all these problems are removed this process is know as effective communication. These process are as below;- 
1. Noise;- It is the 1st problem in the path of communication so take data or deliver data,we should cate noise should not present arround us. If noise is not present it is naturally we can share take and deliver data by an effective,effictive and economic way.
 2. Proper plan It is 2nd step that play an important role to make communication effective and efficient. Before sharing the data and getting data we make good plan. In this process the rules regulation , working way, working style ,working diamension is good to communication can eaisly reach at destination 
 3. Proper channel ;- It is the 3rd way of effictive communication. Thre are two channels of communication. One is news media and 2nd is print media. If our massage belongs to administration marketing News media is the best where as if our communication belong to finance, legal, print media is good for us.
 4. Proper selection of communication;- There are a number of types of communication. These are formal,informal, horizontal, digonal,vertical, lateral, and so on, If we have large scale  company , multional company formal communication is good for me. where as if we have small scale company middle scale company , sole trade, partner ship, co operative society . joint hindu faimly informal communication is good and appropriate to me. 
5. Select appropriate word phrase sentence;- When ever we communicate any other person our words, sentance , should be appropriate and authentic .If our massage is full of appropriate words,phrase,sentance it puts a positive impact on reciver where as if our sentance does not understand by receiver communication is useless. 
6. Care the personality of reciver;- Whenever we communicate any person we should care the personality, perception, attitute, learning of reciver. It we dont care thrse things, it is postive our communication is to be good but reciver does  not understand where as if we care the personality , it is possible our communication is not good but we communicate the reciver by a good way. 
 7. To care the reciver  back ground ;- Every reciver has a particular family ,caste , colour, community, information,fact, figur,  our communication may be eaisly reach at destination but it is not benifical for long time because whenever reciver can understand it is harmful for us.  
 8 . To use Information Technology Whenever we communicate any other person , we should use modern , techonology , advance technique, I.T  to share our idea, thought,policy,programme, concept the capacity, capability, strength of communication and reach at destination at share time. 
9. Do not posses any bias

;- Whenever we communicate any other person we should not posses any other person , we should not possess any prejudice because good communication is free from caste , colour,community,relation and other concern things
