Barrier of Communication

* Communication Barriers - We know that communication is a life line of organisation with the help of communication Manager share their idea ,thought,feelings,emotion,policy,programme to their junior ,subordinate ,senior,colleague and so on.So,with communication or proper communication ,they face a number of problem and may not achieve their goal distination and so on. There are a number of problem present in the path of communication .These problem are as below:-

1.Noise :-We know that noise is also an important elements of communication but,it is also a problem.If environment has more noise sender face problem to transmition or forewardede their idea,thought ,feelings ,emotion and so on.If they forward it,receiver does not achieve it.If receiver accept it they cannot understand the proper meanings .So,the aim of Communication may not complete .

2.Proper planning :- It is second barriers of communication .Before sending forwarding the communication sender should make appropriate plan like selection of way and so on.If all these things are not select by an appropirate way.It is naturally communication may not reach  at destination of proper tim .If it reaches it does not achieve its goal 

3.Sementic problem :-It is also third type of problem that is arises in the path of communication process.There are a number of meaning of any work .If the meaning pronunciation of word is not appropriate .It put a bad impact on the receiver and receiver does not understand the proper meanings of sentence.
 4.Cultural problem :- There are a number of cultural present in every country .The ethic ,the working way ,working style ,norms ,custom ,ethics is far away from each other .If all these things are different ,it is naturally in working hour the selection of words, phrase sentences puts positive of negative empact on receiver.
5.Personalities barrier:- If the personalities of sender is good ,it is naturally their all  sentence word  put a positive empact on the reciever  where as it teir personalities is bad ,it puts negative empact on receiver .So, it is also a problem
6.Pshylogical :-Every employee has a particular personality ,their knowledge ,talent ,skill is particular to other person so,their working way ,working style is also differ to other person ,their listening power ,understanding power  is far away from each other.So , Whenever they get information . It is possible to do not understand proper and IF Understand  do not deliver proper so, it also a big  problem in the path of communication 
7. Solid Barrier;- Man is a social organation. They were born in their society. Every society has a particular norms , either custom, tradition ,cultural,civilization and so on . so,they learn a no. of things from society . Thair socity play an important role in thair development and they society is civilized, standare iculture they get and share information by an effective efficent and economical way. Where as if their socioety  is not standard, civilization , cultural they may not play this role by a good way. 
8. Economical Barrier;- Every person has a emotion . Due to emotion they like, dislike any things. so, emotion establity is an essential things to be came a good communication. If we have maximum emotion . We also possess negative attitude person so, our communication . May not be right , approprite and so on.
 9 . When ever we collect data from market , there are a no. of present in the data. so, we check, correct, purity, modify the data according to own way and use for policy making. This method is used filtering data.,.
