System analysis and design

There are many elements of a management information system. These elements are people, hardware, software, procedure, and so on. Every element is important but hardware is a very very important element because it saves, implements, and executes the program. 

A system is a combination of hardware and software. It plays an important role in the process of management information systems because it helps to record classify and analyze data. 

System analysis- The process in which hardware and software are made in such type of way that it can perform the function of the organization this process is called system analysis.

In other words, we can say that the process in which managers arrange hardware and software in such type of way that it can able to fulfill the function of the organization. This process is called system analysis.

System design- It is also an important step of system analysis and design. The process in which the system is made in such type of way that it is easy to operate and perform the function of the organization this process is called System design.

In other words, we can say that system design is the process of using, operating hardware and software in an effective, efficient way. This process is called system design.

So, we can say that the process of arranging hardware, software and make it able to perform all functions of the organization. This process is called system analysis and design.
