 There are many qualities managers possess. Leadership is one of the important qualities that is possessed by most managers. There are many forms of leadership. These forms are effective leadership, ethical leadership, etc. Among all forms, ethical leadership is one of the important forms of leadership that is popular in most countries in the world.

There are many features of ethical leadership. These features are as below-1. Respect all - It is the feature of ethical leadership. Every leader meets many hundred people every day. He provides respect to every person who met him. After getting respect all persons who met became happy because they do not expect such type of respect so this feature makes a successful leader to ethical leader.

2. To serve maximum- It is the second feature of ethical leadership. Many hundred people go to leaders every day. Every person has a particular type of problem. Leaders listen to the problem of every suffered person and provide their best to solve their problem. They use their all talent, knowledge, skill wisdom, and strength to provide maximum service to concerned persons.

3. Do justice- It is also an important feature of ethical leadership. He does not discriminate against people based on caste, color, area, religion, and gender. He does justice to everyone and shows his commitment to society.

4. Be honest -He is maximum honest. He has no greed towards anything like money, wealth, and land. This feature makes him unique in the world.

5. Make community - It is also a unique feature of ethical leaders. He has a vision for society so he does everything to develop society. He makes a progressive society in which every people lives his life happily.
