How to Protect Ourselves Covid 19.

Corona virus was outbreak in Wuhan China on December 2019.Wuhan is the capital of Hubai that is an important state of China. World Health Organization recognized it as pandemic.

Corona virus COVID 19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered Corona virus. Most people infected with the COVID 19 felt mild to moderate respiratory illness and recovered without special treatment.Older people and other disease suffered people felt serious illness.

It impacts the overall immune system of body. It also causes weight loss and weakness.

There are more than 160 countries suffered from COVID 19. The maximum affected countries are United States of America,Brazil,India,France,Turkey,Russian Federation,The United Kingdom,Italy,Spain,Germany,Argentina and Colombia. India is maximum affected because it is the second largest country of the world according to population and it's health infrastructure is not so good to fight pandemic.

There are many ways we protect ourselves from COVID 19. These ways are as below- 

1. Vaccination is the first way to protect COVID 19. Every government starts vacc ination process in his country. We should take vaccine as soon as possible. Every expert, doctor says that vaccine prevent the transmission of the virus from onr person to other person. So if we take vaccine we may protect ourselves from COVID 19.

2. We should avoid close contact to all people. The people may or may not be ill but if we don't come close contact to people it is cent per cent sure we may not affect from COVID 19.

3. All people who is more than 2 years old they should wear mask when they are out of home. We should always wear a face cover mask whenever we are out of home. 

4. We should wash hands regularly. We should wash hands at least 20 seconds especially after going to the bathroom before eating and after blowing nose and coughing. 

5. If we are out of home we should use an alcohol base hand sanitizer. The sanitizer should possess at least 60 percent alcohol. 

6. We should maintain 6 Feet distance whenever we talk any person. 

7. We should avoid touching our eyes, nose or mouth.

8. We should avoid crowded place. 

9. We should avoid travelling. 

Besides above there are following precautions we should take. 

 There are 11 self care tips to boost immunity and save covid 19.These tips are as below. Please use and save ourselves. 

1.We should take hot water. 

2. We should gargle three times. We should add a pinch of salt and turmeric in warm water. 

3.We should eat fresh food. The food should be easily digested. 

4.We should practice Yogasana, Pranayaam and meditation 30 minutes everyday. 

5.We should sleep 7 to 8 hours in the night. 

6.We should not sleep in the day time. 

7.We should take 20 grams Chawanprash twice a day. 

8.We should take herbal tea twice daily. 

9.We should take steam therapy three times. 

9.We should use spice like Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, dry giner in cooking. 

10.We should use Amla and Amla products. 

11.We should take milk 150 ml daily. We add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. 

All these 11 steps save ourselves from covid 19.
