Nityanand Rai

 Nityanand Rai is one of the Ministers of the Narenard Modi government. He was sworn as Minister of Home Affairs ( state) on 30 May 2019 for the first term. He is a personality of dynamics who rose from the son of a farmer to a development-oriented leader.

He was born on 1 January 1966 at Karnpura village in Vaishali district of Bihar. Vaishali is called the origin of democracy in the world. His father's name is Shri Ganga Bishun Rai. He was a social activist. He had been the head of his panchayat  Karnpura for more than 10 years. His mother's name is Tetari Devi who is a housewife. He was married to Smt. Amita Rai who is a housewife. He has a daughter whose name is Nandani who is a student.
