According to the survey of Forbes "World Best Bank" 2021 DBS got first rank among all private, public and foreign banks that operate their function in India. It is one of global financial services groups of the world.It mainly performs it's operation in Asia continent. DBS performs it's function in India through a wholly owned subsidiary model. It is also got many awards like Asia's Best Bank. It is also choosed Safest Bank in Asia by Global Finance. 

It is a Singapore base bank. It has approx 300 branches across 20 markets. Its headquarter is in Singapore.It has more than 7000 crore regulatory capital. It provides many services to individual, professional, small middle and micro enterprise and company. It has also 50 Million fund to perform corporate social responsibility in Asia. 

Its main function to provide all financial support to organization that perform international trade and trade concern activities.

    DBS was also ranked No 1 in India by Forbes in its 2020 list of the World's Best Banks. DBS Bank has been present in India for 26 years, having opened its first office in Mumbai in 1994.
