50000 Start Up Creat 5 Lakh Jobs In 5 Years.

 Start Up India is an innovative initiative that is taken by Indian government under the leadership of Narendra Modi. It is launched on 16 January 2016.

The aim of initiative to provide such type of environment in which entrepreneurs transform their idea and innovation into reality and provide their best talent, knowledge, skill, wisdom and strength for the development of nation and make India one of developed countries of the world. 

Besides above its aim to generate more opportunities, generate wealth, skill development, empowering economy, foreign investment and to decrease unemployment. 

The Department for Promotion and Industry  and Internal Trade is nodal agency of initiative that implement, execute all concern rules, regulations and law for its development. 

There are many state government that care, guide, support to initiative very well so it is maximum developed and success in such states. These states are Maharashtra, Karnataka, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Gujrat so most of Start up belongs to these states. 

Start up perform their operation in all sectors of economy but it is mainly success in Education, Artificial intelligence, Information Technology consultancy, Business support system, Food processing, Product development and training. 

According to my research most Start up create many jobs. There are minimum 5 people work in every Starts up. The performance of women is also very well. They have been working top position, management team in Start up. There are 45 percent women work in Start up and the performance of their firm is very well.

There are many benefits government provide Start Up to develop and success. These benefits belong to tax relaxation, credit facality etc. 

Definition of Start Up- The company that have been performing it's function in innovation, development, production and supplies with the help of technology for less than 7 years and it's turn over is less than 25 crore in all financial year this type of company is called Start Up. 

Government also provide Seed Fund to eligible Starts Up. It is the biggest problem of Start Up because today is 21st century and it is globolized economy age so every multinational and large scale company perform every function of business. To remove such type of problems government allocated 945 crore rupees for four years. 

There is also a good opportunity before Start Up. There are many investors, Angel investors, multinational company large scale company and industrialists want to invest in Starts Up because they know they may get best returing in coming years. 

There are many starts Up use this opportunity. These starts Up are Digit Insurance, Innovaccer, Meesho Infra. Maket, PharmEasy, CRED, GRoww, Sharechat, Gupshup, Chargbee, Urban Company, Moglix, Zeta and so on. 

According to my research there are many Start Up that have been performing their function in rural India and create maximum job opportunities and increase the living Standard of rural people. These Start Up are Meesho, Udaan, Frontier, Hesa, Deal Share etc. 

There are also many Start Up that perform their function in education sector and they Provide better employment to engineers. These Start Up are Newtoon School, Skill Lync, Carrom School, Bridgelabz and Unacademy. 

There are also many Start Up that provide training and help aspirant to get jobs. These Start Up are Awign Enterprises, Classplus, Doubtnut, Massi School, Pesto, Practically, Quizizz, Skillmatics, Test book and Winuall. 

Besides above some Start Up like Jai Kisan, Zeta, Plum, Dot pe, Agromain, Fabheads, MYBYK also perform their function by effective and efficient way and provide job opportunities to many people. 

So we can say that after pandemic of COVID 19 the world has changed maximum so the role and contribution of Start Up is maximum in the development of economy. Indian Start Up perform their function by proper way and their future is bright.
