The Rise and rise Of Shiv Nadar

 Shiv Nadar is the founder and Chief Strategist Officer of HCL. He is also an Indian billionaire, industrialist, Philanthropists and Padam Bhusan awardee. 

He was born at Moolaipozhi in Tuticorin district Tamilnadu that is one of the develop state of India. His father's name is Shri Shivasubramanya Nadar and mother's name is Smt. Vamsundari Devi. He has only a daughter whose name is Roshni Nadar Malhotra who is the Chairman of Company at present.

 His primary education in Tamil language. He may not speak English well in the age of 22 but he established the third largest software company of India that shows language does not play an important role in the success and achievement of any person. 

He completed his primary education from Town Higher Secondary School Kumbakunam. He also studied in Alango Corporation Higher Secondary School Madurai. He got his secondary degree from St. Joseph's Boys Higher Secondary School Trichy. 

He also studied in American College Mudurai. He got Intermediate degree from here. He got Electrical and Election Engineering degree from PSG College Of Technology Coimbatore. 

He started his career from Wal Chand Group's college of Engineering. He left the job because he has no interest in teaching. He belongs to Nadar community that is popular for business in Tamilnadu. 

He reached New Delhi for a better job. He started work in Delhi Clothes Mills. In the process of working there are many types of ideas come in his mind. He got a good salary but he is not satisfied with his life and job so one day he decided to leave job. It is a very big risky decision because there is no other source of income. His family background is also not so good that he got financial support from family. 

He has many friends. He discussed all friends to start an Enterprise. Some friends agree with his proposal whereas some friends is not agree with his proposal. 

With the help of five friends who is agree with his proposal he collected 1.87 lakh rupees and set up a company Microcomp. Microcomp is making Digital Calculator and microprocessor. 

After getting permission and license from Uttar Pradesh government his team established a Company whose name is Hindustan Computers Limited in 1976. In beginning HCL makes hardware of Computers. These equipments are microprocessor. 

Today it is one of India's top Software provider company of the world. It's total revenue is more than 10,000 crore. It provides it's services in more than 50 countries. It has more than 15000 employees. It has many offices outside India in different countries. These countries are U. K., U. S. A. France and Germany. It hires Intermediate pass out candidate and provide them training, job and degree. All these trained candidates play an important role in the development of Company and country. 

He was awarded Padam Bhushan in 2008. It is the third highest civilian award of India that is given to his contribution in the development of Information Technology because today India is super power in the field of I. T. 

He was also awarded the Life Time Achievement Award at CNBC TV 18 Indian Business leader Awards -2021. 

He is also the first Corporate who attended RSS Vijaydashami event in 2019 and praised RSS for its contribution for the development of India. 

He also established a N. G. O. whose name is Shiv Nadar Foundation. It has been working for the development of education among poor people in many states of India. He donated 662 million Dollar to perform it's function by an effective and efficient way. 

It is his innovative strategy to provide employment, education, training and development, financial compensation, medical insurance to family whose members died due to COVID 19. It also provides discount in Tution fees for two children for next five years. It also makes an agreement to top hospital to establish COVID care centre in his campus and vaccinate all employees and their family members.
