SOP Of COVID 19 for Peri Urban, Rural, Tribail region In India

 Corona Virus COVID 19 is an infectious diseases caused by a newly discovered Corona virus. Most people infected with the COVID 19 felt mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without a special treatment. Older people and other diseas suffered people felt serious illness. It impacts the over all immune system of body. It also causes weight loss and weakness. 

There are more than 150 countries have been suffering from COVID 19. The maximum suffered countries of the world is United States of America, 

India also have been suffering from COVID 19 very badly because it is the second largest country of the world according to population. The total confirmed case in India is 2,49,65,079. The number of active is 35,12,674 in India. The number of recovered people from COVID 19 is 2,11,67,746. The number of death is 2,74,411 till 17 March 2021.

All States of India have been suffering from COVID 19 from Forty five days. The maximum affected States of India is Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Andhra pradesh, Delhi, West Bengal and Chhattisgarh. 

Now corona virus also affect the people of period Urban, rural and tribal people of India so central government issues a SOP of COVID 19 treatment. The main provision of new SOP is as below. 

1.Covid Care Central - It is the first place where treatment of COVID 19 patient is available. It cares the patient who has covid positive but they have mild symptoms. It also admits suspected patient. There are two blocks for patient. One block admits confirmed patient whereas the second block admits suspected patient. 

2. Government provide Rapid Antigent Test facility at every health center, Wellness Center, primary health center. 

3. After Rapid Antigent Test the people who find COVID 19 positive and their symptoms are mild they are given a medical kit and send self isolation. Medical kit possess Paracetamol, Ivermectine, Cough syrup and multivitamin. 

4. Government provide Oximeter and Thermometer to Asha workers and Anganwari workers. They will do door to door testing in village. The people who find out in fever they will send to COVID Care Center for Rapid Antigent Test. 

5.The people who found positive and they are not able to purchase Oximeter and digital Therometer they will provide loan facality to purchase all these equipments. 

According to my opinion this SOP plays an important role to control COVID 19 in Peri Urban, rural and tribal area.
