Our behavioral Practice to fight COVID 19.

 Corona virus COVID 19 is an infections disease caused by a newly discovered Corona virus. Most people infected with the COVID felt mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover with out special treatment. Older people and other disease suffered people felt serious illness. The symptoms of COVID 19 is Fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulties in breathing, fatigue, muscle pain, headache, loss of taste, loss of smell, sore throat, running nose, congestion, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, brain fog, confusion, delirium, agitation, ear pain dizzing and anxiety etc. 

It impacts the over all immune system of body. It also caused weight loss and weakness. We should take medicine according to doctor if we suffered COVID 19.We should take care of our daily diet to recover as soon as possible. We should take such type of food that is rich in Vitamin D, Vitamin C and Zinc. All these things help us to in speedy recover. 

The second wave of COVID 19 spread all over the world. India is maximum affected so doctor advice us to our behavioral practices to fight COVID 19 and minimize the impact of third wave. The behavioral practice is as belong

1.To avoid close contact of all people. 

2.To cover cough or sneeze with a tissue then dispose of the tissue properly. 

3. Clean and disinfect frequently touch object and surface. 

4.Wash hands often with soap and water at least 20 seconds especially after going to the bathroom before eating and blowing nose, coughing. 

5.To maintain distance of 6 feet. 

6.Always wear a face cover mask when travelling or in public place or have cough, cold or flu. 

7. Avoiding touching eyes, nose, or mouth. 

8.To get current information from reliable source like Ministry of Health care and family welfare website. 

9.Do not share, spread or forward unverified or negative information regarding COVID 19.

10.Discourage crowd and social gathering. 

11 Do not discriminate anyone. 

13.Show support to the person who is suffered from COVID 19.

14.Do not travel with out purpose. 

15. Regularly clean and disinfect our environment by keeping our surrounding clean. 

16.Seek psychology support and social spport in case of anxiety or distress.

If all follow all these behavior we can fight COVID 19 and defeat it. We can also minimize the impact of third wave of COVID.
