How to save children from third wave of COVID 19.
Corona virus COVID 19 is an infectious disease cause by a newly discovered Corona virus. Most people infected with the COVID 19 felt mild to moderate symptoms and recover with out special treatment. Older people and other disease affected people felt serious illness.
According to the World Health Organization there have been 15789776 confirmed cases of COVID 19.The number of Death is 3287082 on 10 May 2021.
The maximum affected country is United State of America, Brazil, France, Turkey, Russian Federation, The United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Germany, Argentina, Colombia and India.
Many experts, doctors said that the third wave affects many countries of world. It starts from Europe and reached Us, U. K. It's impact is maximum in Sweden and Canada. It may come in India in the last of Year.
According to experts the first wave targeted elderly people. The second wave of COVID 19 targeted young and old people so the third wave may target children and new born child so there are many precautions we follow to save children and new born child. These precautions are as belong
1.The proper vaccination of all new born child according to instruction of doctor.
2. We should provide balance diet to children.
3. We should provide eggs, fish, pulses, beans etc to children.
4.We should provide Vitamin C possessing food.
5.We should teach him the importance of wash hands before eating and after the wash.
6.We should not provide raw food like raw meat, raw eggs raw vegetables.
7.We should provide ginger, Coconut oil, Peanuts, Pistachios, Grapes, red Pepper, yellow Pepper etc.
8.We should provide soup two times.
9.We should provide milk before sleeping in the night.
10.We should instruct them to sit sunlight in the morning to get Vitamin D.
11.We should provide 8 to 10 glass of water every day.
12.We should provide fresh and seasonal fruits like apples, bananas etc.
13.We should avoid packaged food.
14.We should avoid spicy food.
15. Khichdi is the best food because it is high in Protein and easy to digest so we should provide two days in a week.
16. We should add Turmeric (Haldi), Cumin (Jeera), Coriander, Dhaniya, and Garlic(Lahsun) in cooking food.
17. We provide 10 gm of Chyavanprash in the morning.
18 We should provide hot water to drink.
19. We should provide home made fresh food.
20.If vaccination starts we care they take vaccine at right time.
If we follow all above precautions we may save our children and new born child from the third wave of COVID 19.
