Do not eat such food in recovery from COVID 19.
We know that COVID 19 virus impacts the overall immune system of body. It also causes Weight loss and weakness so we should take proper medicine according to instruction of Doctor. Besides above we should take care of our daily diet to recover as soon as possible. We should take such type of food that is rich in Vitamin D, Vitamin C and Zinc.
All these things help us in speedy recovery and well soon so if any person who suffered from COVID or in the phase of treatment they should eat healthy food and avoid below mention food to make immune system strong and well soon.
1.They should not eat packaged food.
2. They should not eat spicy food.
3.They should not eat Fried food.
4.They should not eat Pizza, Burger etc.
5.They should not take any aerated drink.
If they avoid all above explain things they become well 7 to 10 days.
