Concept, Role of Human Resource Development

 There are many operative functions Human Resource Manager performs. These functions are Procurement, development, compensation, maintenance, motivation and integration and so on. Every function is important and play a pivotal role in the growth of organization. Among all development is very important function because it helps organization to survive long term in changing globally environment. 
Definition-
The process of systematic and planned activities designed by human resource manager to provide employees opportunities to learn new skill to meet future requirement of organization this process is called human resource development. 
In other words we can say that the framework for helping human resource force's to increase their knowledge, talent, skill, abilities and wisdom this framework is called human resource development.
