Concept of human behaviour in Human Resource Management.

 Employees are the most valuable asset of organization so every organization wants to retain them for maximum time for performing his function by effective, efficient way to achieve his goal. 

There are many factors  of employees  affect organization. These factors are personality, perception, attitude and behavior. Among all behavior is one of the important factors because it inspires, influence and motivates employees towards organization by positive or negative way. 

Behavior- A series of activities that is performed in working hour inside the organization is called behavior. 

Every employee is human so the activities he performed to colleague team member, group member is called human behavior. 

There are two types of human behavior. One is overt and second is covert. The behavior of employees any person may see this type of behavior is called overt behavior. 

The behavior of employees any person may not see he only feels this type of behavior is called covert behavior. 

Nature of human behavior-

1. It is very complex. 

2. It may be formal or informal. 

3. It may be positive or negative. 

4. It may be internal or external. 

5. It is affected many factors. 

Advantage-

1. It inspires, influences, motivates other towards a positive direction. 

2. It gives positive energy, effort, resources to other employees. 

3. It removes the problem of other employees. 

4. It improves human management relationship. 

5. It develops organization. 

6. It helps to survive, growth of organization. 

7. It helps in team building and makes team strong. 

8. It increases the productivity of individuals, team, group and organization. 

9. It increases the effectiveness of individuals, team and group. 

10. It helps in goal achieving process. 

11. It helps to optimum utilisation of employees towards the growth development of organization.
