It was founded as a grocery trading organisation on 1 march 1938. It was founded by Lee B. Yung chull. It entered the electronic industry in 1969. Its first product is black and white television.

It produces its smartphone in 2000. Its smartphone in so effective,efficient attractive that it was recognised and praised in the world economy it becomes best smartphone selling company in the world.
