Concept of Capitalist Economy

 *. Salient feature of captalist economy

     We know that economy is the combination of all financial and non-financial activities inside and outside the country. There are many type of economy present in the world. On the basis of structure there are three type of economy these are capatalist, socialist and mixed economy.

                 Feature of capatalist economy. There are many feature of caplist economy these features are as 

                  below;

1. Write to private property; It is the first feature of caplist economy in capitalist economy every individual organisation firm company has hight to purchase sell and poses property.

2. Profit Motive; In capalist economy their are many types of organisation, perform their operation these organisation are sole proportion co operative society. J.H., family, J.S company and soon the aim of all those organisation to earn maximum profit.

3.Freedom of choice-In Caplist economy  customer. consumer has  maximum alternative towards product service and so on. customers purchase sell,use store, product according to their own need,desire, demand, demand use and so on.

4. Price process: there are many  factor of pricing these factors are  production, demand forecasting, supply and so on. company have a system to decide and fitted thr price of product or service government do not interfair in the process.

5. Fire competation: In capatilist economy  government provides equal field to every industry they do not support  any company so every player get a equal to play and achieve their  goal.

6.Economic freedom-It is also an important feature of Capitalist economy.In this economy individual has freedom to start business according to their own desire.They produce product or service according to their own desire.

7.Limited government-In this economy government takes limited interference in business and its concern activity.They make policy,programme,rules regulation for the development of business.

Example of Capitalist Economy-Canada,Mexico,United States, Japan, Australia,
