Concept of micro Marketing environment..

 Marketing environment plays an important role for the development of organization because it supports the selling activities that increases the profit of organization.

There are two parts of Marketing environment.These are micro environment and macro environment.

Micro environment-It is the first part of marketing environment.It is also called internal environment,It affects organisation very much and plays an important role to increase the transaction of organization.

    Element of micro environment-

There are many elements of micro environment.These are as below-

1.Customers-It is the first element of micro environment.Marketing is customers oriented activity.If the need,want,desire,demand of customers are progressive organizations fulfill it and increase the living standard of customers.The transaction of organization increases so their profit also increases.

2.Employees-It is the second element of micro environment.Every organization has many hundred employees.There are many dozens employees work in Marketing department.If the employees of Marketing department anticipates the need,want of customers properly they implement,execute the policy,programme of marketing properly and achieved predefined goal of organization.

3.Distribution channels- It is also an important element of micro marketing environment.Every organization has a distribution channel.It performs the function of delivery the product from godwan to the house of customers.If distribution channels performs its function properly they provide maximum satisfaction to customers.

4.Competitors-Every organization has many competitors.Every competitor wants to develop customers maximum.If they make positive policy,rules,regulation,programme they inspire us to work in positive way so we work in positive way and achieved objective.

Media-Media is called forth pillar of government.They provide information to people and aware them towards product,service or idea.If they aware proper way to consumers then customers search right product.Te organization that fulfill it their profit becomes maximum so every organization want to ful fill it.
