OBJECTIVES OF COMMUNICATION

There are a number of objectives of communications.These are as below;
1. To get a data from market .There are a number of facts or figure are important for the organization. Organization collects these facts and figure outside the environment and use it for these development.
2. To give information to corner person; There are a no. of employee works in the organisation every manager make  policy programme and give there employees how to work whwn to work whom to work and achieve there pre-defined goal.
3. To make policy; Every manager policy for one year ,two year to earn profit in the market. for policy making they discuss and decide the working style of the organization to earn profit.
4. To perform managerial function;
                Every manager perform a no. of function these mostlyperform five function these are planning, organizing,staffing,directing,controlling.these are known as managerial function without communication all these function are not possible by an efficient and effective way.
5. To take an appropriate decision every manager makes a number of decision this decision belongs to  marketing HR finance it communicationall decision and so on without communication all decision are not implement excuse inside the organization  by an effect and proper way.
6. To decipline maintain;
                         There are a no. of rules,regulation law present in the theory all these things plays an important role for the development   of organisation manager communication  discuss to emplyee about the rule regulation law about the rule  regulation law and it is explosed that all  things must be followed inside the organisation.
7.To motivate employee;-There are a number of employee work in the organation . Every  employee possess positive and negative featuire manager above wants to consume positive and negative feature of employee towards the development of organation ,This process is know as motivation without is nopt possible
