Interview.
There are a number of methods, tool's, technique, that are used to measure the personality of candidates. These are G.D, Interview, Debate, Speech & so on. Among all interview is the 1'st and very very important method. It is used by private sector & public sector to recruitment of candidates. It is used for the selection of 1'st class, 2'nd class and 3'rd class employees. It is very popular device that are also used for taking admission in lower classess.
Interview is a face to face interraction between two persons are one person to one groups. In which interviewers check the knowledge, talent, skill, of candidates.
In other words we can say that Interview is a predefined discussion between two person and each person want to satisfy the other person with the help of their idea, thought, openion and so on.
In other words we can say that Interview is a face to face interraction between board to candidates in which board wants to know the conciousness, working way, working style, idea, thought, concept of Candidates.
* Steps of Interview.-
Interview is organised in a big room. In this room a big table is arranged. Table has two sides, one sides is four or five interviewers are present, 2'nd side one chair is present. This chair belongs to candidate. The time of Interview twenty to thirty minutes. Each expert belongs to particular fields and they possess more knowledge, talent and so on. They also able to forecast the capacity, capability, vision, thought of candidates.
* Importance of Interview.-
It is very old method of personality test. It is used to test a number of features of employee. These are as Below.-
1. Personality- Personality means all the positive and negative features that are possessed by employee. Interview is used to test the personality of 1'st class employee, 2'nd class employee, 3;rd class employee. So the working style of each group is far away from others. so in interview we test the predefined personality is possessed or not possessed by candidates.
2. Vision- It is the 2'nd feature that is tested in Interview. Each candidate possess particular type of vision. In Interview Interviewer test the Problem solving capacity risk bearing capacity that is possessed by candidate.
3. Conciousness- It is the third features that is tested of candidate board. Conciousness means to know all things that are happening arround us. If candidates do not know about it they can not do better in their work where as they know about all things work where as they know about all things they do better in their work. So this is the 3'rd things that is tested in Interview board.
