Extempore Speech

We know that there are a number of employees work in the organation. Employees come to direct contact to customer, wholeseller, retailer and so on. so, manager wants to cheek their managerial capacity. There are a number of methods to cheek their capacity . These are G.D, Interview,speech and so on. Among all methods speech is one of the best method. 
 There are two types of speech . one is formal and second is informal
 1. Formal speech;- The speech in which matter is earlier announce and speaker spear on the topic this type of speech is know as formal speech. 
2. Informal speech ;- It is the second type of speech . It is also know as so on extempore speech in this speech matter is not announce easlier.
 *Use of  infornal speech.
   1. It is a better utilization matter of time in school, colleges, university and so on 
 2. It is used in company for the improvement of personality of employee 
3. It is also used to make employee mental, emotional, physical fit to longtime 
4. It is mainly used in the company for marketing sectors employee.
5. It is used to change the communication skill of employee  
Step ;- 
It is organised in a big hall. Hall has a stage. A cartoon is put on the stage a cartoon is put on the stage .  There are a numer of topic are written on the paper  and put in the  cartoon candidates goes on the satage and find out a paper or ticket after getting the paper they open the paper and speak theirmatter after speaking the topic, they take  some sounds and start to speak judges are present and they cheak the speaking power, speaking capacity, pronouncation depth of knowledge and after hearing the speech of all candidates they announce only  more three results . These are 1 st ,2nd  and 3rd . They may announce ten consolation result. 
 * Test in extempore  speech- There are a number of  element , feautres are tested in extempore.  
 These are as below;- 
 1. Present of mind - It is the first things we test in extempore  speech. The topic is not known by the candidates . so, we cheek the present of mind of condidates that they are able to or not able to speak on the topic. 
2. Body language ;- We live at proper way because if our part is not remain according to our words , sentence , it puts a bad impact on audiance . so, it is the 2nd things that is tested in extempore speech
*Pronounciation;- In the speaking hour our sound shoudly clear and standard because sounds puts more empaction ordiance It our sound  is not clear ordiance do not understand the meaning of sentence 
* Time consumption;- The time of extempore speech is  1 to 3 minutes . so, judges. care condidatate consumes or not consumes the total time . If they are able to be win the prize
* selection of words ;- It is not good to select high standard word and low standard word because high class word are not understand by odience and low standard word do not put good empact on odience
 *  Length of sentence ;- The length of sentence may not be very long because long sentence do not attract audiance to speaker 
* To speak on concern person;- In the extempore speech we should cheak the matter , data, throught belongs to speech or not belongs to topic. If matter is good but do not belongs to topic it is harmful for speaker.
