Debate.

 Debate-
      It is also an important method of Personality test. The test in which two groups face to face interraction any predefined topic by a systematic, traditional & predefined way. This test is known as Debate.
    In other words we can say that Debate is a method of better time consuming process in which each groups attack to other group with the help of word, sentence, data, facts, figure, information and try to win the match.
   In other words we can say that Debate is a purposeful predefined talk between two groups and each group find out the weakness, looseness of other group and attack their idea, policy, thought, programme, concept, and try to win the discussion.
   In other words we can say that Debate is a high class level discussion between two groups in which chairman or member share, deliver particular type of idea, thought, feelings to other groups and shows that their openion is the best and they win the match.

* Steps of Debate-
           There are a number of steps of Debate. These are as below.-
  1. Matter is announce half month ago.
  2. Rules regulation law are also announce earlier.
  3. Judges are present in the process of Debate.
  4. Matter is high class broad and conflicted.
  5. Topic has two aspect. One is positive and second is negative. It is also known as favour or aganist.
  6. Time is mostly thirty minutes. Each group has three to five members. Each group has a chairman.
  7. Result has come one group wins the discussion and second lost the Discussion.
  8.  Winning groups get prize, trophy, and certificate.
  9. Discussion losting group also provide thanks to winning group and promise to maintain team effort, group dynamics for long time.
* Importance of Debate.-
  1. It changes our personality, communication skill & makes us ready to take by effective & standard way.
  2. It increases our talent, thinking capacity.
  3. It teaches us to logical, sequential talk.
  4. It helps us to talk with using data, information, facts, figure & so on.
  5. It helps us to satisfy our group or anti group.
  6. It inspire other person.
  7. It helps in concept selling.
  8. It helps in marketing and concern activity of marketing like Distributing, Supplying, Advertising and so on.
  9. It affect or put a positive impact to junior, senior, and our name, fame, prestigue, regard, respect, increases in the company.
  10. It is very helpful for future to service sector like teaching, health, advocate & so on.
