Step of management information system:

There are many steps of management information system. These steps are as below:

1. To know the need of the organisation-It is the first step of system analysis and design. There are many functions of the business. These functions are production, demand forecasting, selling, distributing, advertising, and so on. The organization performs one or more than one function so the need of the organization is different from one another. In the first step, we find out the need of organizations according to their function.

2. To know the available system of the organization- It is the second step of system analysis and design. Before developing a new system we should know the available system of the organization and its positive and negative features because without knowing the drawbacks of the available system we can not develop a new system.

3. To arrange the need of the organization- There are many needs of the organization. It depends on the expansion plan of the organization. With the help of our team, we arrange the need of the organization according to their coming goal and objectives.

4. Select an alternative-There are many alternatives in the process of system development that can able to fulfill the goal of the organization. After considering every alternative that may be able to solve the problem of the organization we select one of the best alternatives that are beneficial for the organization.

5. To provide project-It is also an important step of system analysis and design. The alternative that is chosen by the manager is shown to users and proves how this system may solve their problem.

6. Designing system- After satisfying the user, the manager starts to develop a new system, in this process, they make a program with all modern features.

7. Testing the program- After developing the program they test their development system. If they are satisfied they make it ok.

8. Install the system- It is the last step of system analysis and design. They install the system in the office of the user.

So we can say that all the above are important steps of system analysis and design.
