What to eat in reocovering COVID19
Covid 19 virus impacts the overall immune system of body. It also causes weight loss, weakness etc.
People who have recently recovered from the Corona virus need Proteins, Vitamin and mineral to speed up recovery process so they should eat following things.
1.Khichdi is the best food because it is high in Proteins and easy to digest so patients should eat daily it.
2.People should eat 75 to 100 grams Proteins rich diet. They should take pulses, legumes, peanuts, milk, cheese, eggs, fish and chicken etc.
3.People should eat fresh and seasonal fruits like apples, banana etc.
4.People should get sunlight in the morning to get Vitamin D.
5. people should eat calories added food like rice, potato and pasta etc.
6.People should drink 8 to 10 glass of water everyday.
7.People should take soups, herbal teas etc.
8.People should take simple exercise daily.
9.People should eat small quantity many times.
10.People should wash hand before eating and after eating.
11. People should take juice of orange, apple and Papaya.
If they follow above diet plan they recovered 7 to 10 days.
