Qualities of an Entrepreneur

 Entrepreneur is an innovator who brings economic development through new idea, opinion, thought, vision and produce new product or service and increase the living standard of commin man.

There are many qualities an Entrepreneur possess. Some important qualities are as below-

1.Vision- Every Entrepreneur has an innovative vision to achieve his dream. They know very well how to achieve goal. They have also believe that they can achieve their goal with their vision.

2.Deep knowledge- It is second quality of an Entrepreneur. They have deep knowledge towards their project and its concern function. These functions may be Production, Demand, Supply, Price, Advertise, Ware house etc.

3.Deep desire- It is also an important quality of an Entrepreneur. They have deep desire to success. They do not like any things that do not belong their project whereas they like all things that belong to their project.

4. Independence- Entrepreneurs like independence. They do not follow the custom, tradition, rules, regulation, thought society makes but they want to make all these things and get success in life.

5.Risk- Risk is an important part of life. Every person want to leave risk and live peaceful life whereas Entrepreneur like risk. They know risk gives big success,name,fame, goodwill, regards, respects, money and so on.They want to get all these things so they like risk. It is an unique quality of Entrepreneur.

6.Foresighter- Entrepreneurs are foresighter. They forecast the changing patters of society, Customers, Consumers, Market, economy and make policy, programme, rules, regulation to fulfill and cash in coming era to achieve their goal.

7. Self reliance- Every Entrepreneur has self reliance on himself. They know that their vision,think is right. It may change the economic condition of country so they want to implement it at any cost.

8. Commitment- An Entrepreneur has total commitment towards his goal. Their whole life depends on their project.They have unexpected will power. These commitments give them strength to fight any adverse situation.

9.Ambitious- Entrepreneurs are ambitious. They think big. They do not satisfy all things that common man fells happy. They are committed, determined to get their dream at any cost.

10.Energetic- Entrepreneurs are energetic. They like to work so they never feel tired from work. Their work gives them happy so they work in 16 into 7 form.
