PRINCIPLE OF FW TAYLOR.....

 Management is a universal application . It is applied by large scale company , multinational company in evey country ,continent in world market to achieve their goal. 

There are many scholers,Entrepreneurs,Engineers contribute there best for the development of Management. These are Henri Fayol, F.W.Taylor, Charles Babbage and so on.Among all FW Taylor is one of them whose contribution is maximum so he is called the father of Scientific Management. 

Principle of Scientific Management

There are four principals of F.W.Taylor.These principals are as below;

1. Rule of thumb; It is the first principle of F.W.Taylor. According to this principle there are many methods of performing every work. Manager should study every method scientifically and choose, apply one of best method that helps to maximize the production of organisation.

2. Scientific selection- It is the second principle of F.W.Taylor.There are many hundred workers work inside organisation. Workers are the main asset of organisation so manager should select scientifically  them after selection scientific training should be given them . All these things play a big role for the development of organisation. 

3. Cooperation- It is the third principle of Scientific management. Manager should develop such type of environment , structure, atmosphere in which every employee should cooperation each other . If such type of environment present in the company the growth of compay is maximum.

4.  Development -It is the fourth principle of F.W.Taylor. Workers and managers are best element of organisation. The development of both  elements  depends on each other So manager should provide best training for the development of each other. 

 Conclusion; The principle of F.W .Taylor is not applicable in 21st century globalised economy age but it is the pillar of principle of all management thoughts so it has been using for more than 100 years in the world.
