Steps of Communication.

Steps of Communication: 

1.Sender:- It is the first step of communication .The person who send message is called sender.

2.Message:-It is a collection of words  ,sentence , picture and so on .The things ,word ,sentence photo,picture,graph,pictograph that are send by sender is known as message.

3. Encoding: It is the third step of communication .Before sending the message to receiver ,sender arranged it by systematic sequential and coding way that no other person understand it.So , the perform of this task is known as  encoding .

4.Channel :-There are a number of way to send message from one place to other place ,from one person to other person ,from one person to more than one place .There ways are news medium and so on .All ways posses some positive feature and some negative features ,news medium possess more time .where as print medium possess less money .It depends on the sender which type of method they use.

5.Receiver:- It is the first element of communication .The person who gets message ,this person is known as receiver .In other wounds we can say that sender shave their idea,thought ,feelings ,emotion ,fashion like,dislike to other person. 
                                          The person who are share all these things ,this person is knows as receiver .

6. Decoding :- After getting the message it way possible ,receiver may not able to read it at present time .so,they use particular technique,method to read and understand it.This process is known as decoding. 

7.Feedback :-After getting the message receiver indicates ,shows that they get read and understand the message.This process is known as Feedback.It may be written on oral

8.Noise :-It is a new element of communication .It belongs in 21st century .If atmosphere has noise sound,vibration ,pollution ,the frequency of sound may not clean ,heard by receiver .so,clear message is not transmitted between receiver .and sender.
