Scope of Management.

The scope of Management is very wide. It plays an important role for the development of person, family, society, state, nation, common man and so on. Besides above it also develops economy and its a concern function like Production, Supply, Project, Fishing, Dairy, Manufacturing industry, Banking, insurance, Hospital, Tourism and so on.

Management is directly belongs to business. It makes business and its concern function like Production, Demand forecasting, Supplying, Pricing, Advertising, Ware housing, Communicating, Trading, Distributing, Financing more effective, efficient, economical.

1. Production- Production is the first and main function of business. Production is the process of changing raw materials into finished Production of continuous basis. Management makes Production more effective and efficient.

2. Demand Forecasting- It is the systematic and scientific estimation of customers consumers in coming months, years, decades, and so on. There are a number of techniques of Demand forecasting. These techniques are survey method statistical has positive and negative features. Its application is variable according to product. Management helps us to decide which method is good to our product.

3. Supplying- It is the third function of business. Supplying is the process of sending our product/service who may present in any corner of the world. There are a number of methods of supplying. These methods are road, railway, aviation, sea and so on. Every method is applied for particular product. Management helps us to decide method according to place.

4. pricing- It is also an important function of business. There are a many kinds of pricing. These methods are psychological pricing, prestige pricing, monopoly pricing, make up pricing, skimming pricing, penetration pricing, cost plus, mark up, value pricing etc. Management helps us to decide which pricing method is the best for our product.

5. Advertising- It is the form of communication that spreads posting features of product among market and its element like customer, consumers distribution channels and so on. There are many ways of advertising. These ways are online, television, ads, radio, print advertising, out door, global and so on. Every advertising is used according to customers is used according to customers and their features like age, education, income and so on.

Management helps us to decide which mode of advertising is the best for product and service.
