We  know that today is 21st century. In  this century business world is full of competition  so the role and function of Management is very important . There are a number of tools of Management that is very important to make  management more effective efficient economic. Computer is one of them. There are a number of functions of Management .These function are Planning , Organization ,Staffing ,Directing , Controlling  
1.Planning -It is the first function of management planning is the combination of policy program procedure .To perform above function fact ,figure,data requires .With the help of computer manager collects analyse Interpret data and make  its function more effective economical.
2-Organization - It is the second function of management . It is performed after planning. It is the formal relationship of identifying and grouping the work according to rules -regulation  of organization with the help of computer .All these activities  are performed by a fast way. So we can that computer plays an important role of perform the function of manager.
3- Staffing- It is the third function of management . It is the process of attraction recruiting. Selecting  right person at right time with the help of computer manager identify the positive and negative feature of candidate and select the best candidate for organization  
4- Directing - It is the fourth function of management in the working hour their are a number of problem s,employee face . These problem are professional technique and so on. With the help of computer  manager  supervise motivate, communicate lead and solve the problem of employee and make them more effective influence to work their function task
5- It is the last function of management . It helps to check the error of employed in working hour computer also helps us to check the error of employed according to our predefined policy and remove it to make further function efficiently
 so in this way we can say that computer helps manager as sub-ordinate and make them more strategic to perform their function
