We know that Management is the process of setting objectives of organization and organize ,measure ,motivate ,communicate develop people in such type of way that predefined objectives get at any cost .

The purpose of Management is to plan organize ,staff ,direct and control our resource in such type of way that the function of business perform effective efficient way The main purpose of Management is as below.

1.To forecast market -It is the first purpose of Management.Market is full of risk and uncertainty Management forecasts  market and make policy ,program ,plan to minimize risk and uncertainty of market.

2.Setting objective -Every organization has many objectives.Which objectives is achieved in which year it is decided by Management .

3.Optimum utilization of resource-Every organization has limited resource where as they have to perform maximum function so the purpose of Management is to optimum utilization of resource.

4.Optimum   production -Production is the first and main function of business .There are a number of elements of production .These elements are raw materials ,plant ,money an so on.The purpose of management to consume all these elements in such type of way that optimum production is possible by organisation

5.To increase living standard-Management makes policy ,rules -regulation,law to produce maximum product .after increasing production per unit cost of product is minimum so common man use it and in  this way management increases the living standard  of people.

6.Reduce cost-Management wants to produce maximum product or service.to achieve this goal they work a number of alternatives and choose one of alternatives consumes minimum resources and reduce cost of product 

7.Innovation -There are many hundred employees work in organization .Many employees work in organization .Many employees have innovative idea.Management gives them opportunity to implement idea .If idea success  new innovation comes in economy.

8.Develop society-Society is an important part of nation.If society develops nation natural develops so Management develops society by their product and service to nation develop and expands business to earn more profit.   

9.Attract talented people-There are less talented people in country who have innovative talent deep knowledge.ambitious but every organization wants to attract such type of people.The purpose of Management to find out such type of people and attract them towards organisation.

10.Maintain people-Every organization has a particular type of working way environment custom tradition cultural norms ethics so it is possible that every people does not survive in the organization.Management cares all such situation and remove problem and maintain talented people.
