Definiation of Communication by Author & Me.

There are a number of Authors defines Communication by a different way some ways are as below.
According to Koontz and O Donnell- Communication is an intercourse by words, letters, symbols or messages and is a way that one organization member shares meaning and understanding with another.

According to Newmann and Summer- Communication is an exchange of facts, ideas, opinions or emotions by two or more persons.

According to Allen Louis A- Communication is a sum of all the things one person does when he wants to create understanding in the minds of another. It involves a systematic and continuous process of telling, listening and understanding.

According to Keith Davis- Communication is the process of passing information and understanding from one person to another.

According to Peter Little- Communication is the process by which information is transmitted between individuals or organizations so that an understanding response results.

According to ME- Communication is the process of creating, sharing, idea, opinion, thought, vision, to subordinate to make function more effective, efficient, smoothly.
In other words we can say that Communication is sharing, policy, program, information to our concern person organization, company to perform our function more effective to achieve goal.
