What is Management

Management is essential for every people who want to succeed in their life but it is very essential who has fewer resources and want to big success in the 21st-century globalized economy in the world. There are many concepts of Management. These concepts are as below.

According to the first concept, Management is the process of arranging man-like labor worker employees to perform business functions. These functions may be production, demand forecasting, supplying, pricing, advertising, warehousing, communication, trading distribution, financing, etc.

According to the 2nd concept, Management is the process of measuring man. Every man has two types of features. One is internal and the second is external. Every person shows positive features but as a manager, we do not see their show features but find out their positive feature according to our needs, functions. This process is called Management.

In Other Words, We can say that Management is the combination of principals, programs, policies belonging to Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Controlling, and the application of optimum utilization of resources to get predefined goals like survival, sales revenue maximization, profit maximization, etc.

In other words, we can say that Management is the process of setting objectives of organization and organizing, measuring, motivating, communicating developing people in such type of way that pre-define objectives get at any cost.
